BOOKING TERMS

3.900$ / 3.550€ Price per person.
Price for minimum 12 participants.

PAYMENT

→ 1st payment - deposit: 780$ / 710€ per person at the moment of registration.

Deadline for trip registration: May 1 2025.
→ 2nd payment: May 1 2025 (1.950$ /1.775€).
→ Final payment: June 1 2025 (1.170$ /1.065€).

Your registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 780$ / 710€ per person registered.

CANCELLATION TERMS:
The customer has the right to cancel the order. The cancellation must be submitted in writing and is effective upon receipt by Arquitectura Lúdica S.L. The client must pay a cancellation fee to Arquitectura Lúdica S.L for the ground services. The amount will be determined by the time prior to the start of the programme when the cancellation is made:
- More than 90 days before the service: free of charge
- From 90 to 75 days before the service: 20% of the estimate
- From 75 to 46 days prior to service: 70% of the budget
- From 45 to 30 days prior to service: 90% of the budget
- Less than 30 days prior to service: 100% of budget

Waiver to the GSC: if cancellation is due to the application of special sanitary measures preventing the trip from taking place: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or the trip will be postponed to a new date.
