In case of exchange rate variation of more than 15%, a revision of the price in euro will be applied.

Cancellation terms: The customer has the right to cancel the order. The cancellation must be submitted in writing and is effective upon receipt by Arquitectura Lúdica S.L. The client must pay a cancellation fee to Arquitectura Lúdica S.L for the ground services. The amount will be determined by the time prior to the start of the programme when the cancellation is made:
Cancellation more than 60 days before departure.............30% of the price
Between 59 and 45 days before departure...........................60% of the price
Between 44 and 30 days before departure...........................90% of the price
Less than 30 days before departure..........................100% of the price
From 15 days until departure 100% of the total amount.

Waiver to the GSC: if cancellation is due to the application of special sanitary measures preventing the trip from taking place: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or the trip will be postponed to a new date.
