The terms of access and use of Artchitectours’s web pages

Artchitectours informs its users of the terms of access and use of Artchitectours’s internet site.

1. Access to and use of Artchitectours’s web page is subject to the present general conditions. The use of all Artchitectours’s web pages means that the User fully accepts at all times, all the General Conditions of Use currently in force.

Artchitectours reserves the right to modify at any given moment the current Conditions of Use.

All Artchitectours’s web pages are subject to Intellectual and/or Industrial Property regulations. The rights on content correspond to Artchitectours or to third parties as the case may be. 4. Relinquishment and limitations of responsibility

Artchitectours will not be held responsible for the information, services and/or products offered and/or lent by third parties via Artchitectours’s web page nor of the contents supplied by third parties.

Artchitectours will not be held responsible for any damage or misuse caused in the software or hardware of the user when accessing Artchitectours’s web page or from the use of information or applications contained therein.

Artchitectours does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, availability, opportunity or exactness of the information or services provided in the web page, and will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of any of its contents.

Artchitectours does not guarantee that the contents of its web page are available or apt for use outside the U.K. Should all or part of the contents be considered illegal in certain countries, then access to the web page and use of its contents remain strictly prohibited. The user will be held responsible for any unlawful use of the web page and its contents in his/her country.

The use of information and contents which appear in Artchitectours’s web page and/or access to other web pages not connected with Artchitectours by means of links which may appear in Artchitectours’s web page, remains the sole responsibility of the user. Artchitectours will not be held responsible for any damage or misuse which may arise from said use or activities.

Artchitectours reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior warning, access to its web page in order to carry out any modifications considered appropriate of the information or services offered within, its presentation, location and the terms and conditions of access.

All the information received in this web page is considered assigned free of charge to Artchitectours.

Electronic mail will not be considered valid for claims. Claims should be directed to info@artchitectours.com who will inform you of the appropriate channels to follow.

All matters related to Artchitectours’s web page are bound by law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Barcelona Court, relinquishing any privilege which may correspond.

Confidentiality Policy

When registering in Artchitectours’s web page, your personal details are automatically entered into Artchitectours’s database so that the user can be kept updated with regards to general information, research, statistics, educational programms, marketing purposes as well as promotion and advertising of products, services and activities related to the company Artchitectours who can only pass on this information to affiliated companies for the above mentioned purposes.

The user authorises Artchitectours the use of all input data in order to be sent information and propaganda via e-mail.

Artchitectours informs the user of the possibility to exercise one’s rights of access, modification, opposition and cancellation of personal data received by Artchitectours in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999 of 13 December and other development regulations. Moreover and in accordance with the Company’s Information and Electronic Trade Public Services Law, when receiving the data, Users will be required to authorize the use of this information by Artchitectours for the sole purpose of issuing him/her, via e-mail or mobile phone SMS, information and propaganda.

Should a User subsequently wish to revoke his/her given consent to receive electronic mail or via any other authorized means, he/she should notify Artchitectours by sending an e-mail to: info@artchitectours.com

Artchitectours undertakes to fulfill its obligation to maintain customer confidentiality therefore guarding against modification, loss and unauthorized access and use, in accordance with current regulations.

Artchitectours does not carry out checks on the information supplied by the User and therefore these will apply.

Artchitectours also informs its Users of “cookies” that may be left behind while surfing the net thus giving other users access to personal computer addresses and possibly other internet data. The cookies left behind are only related to the internet site and under no circumstances contain personal details. Should the User not wish to accept the cookie, he/she should eliminate this user option from the site. Artchitectours will not be held responsible for any irregularity that may arise for not accepting a cookie whilst surfing the web.
