Madrid is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city. Despite the current crisis in construction, in recent years the Administration has developed several projects that make the architecture of Madrid always worth a visit.
We will visit the projects developed on the periphery. The construction of social housing has received numerous awards for its quality, innovation and sustainability. The most prestigious architects have projected promotions in the districts of Vallecas, Carabanchel or Sanchinarro.
We will also see more recent projects such as the Madrid Rio: project with the “fundamental goal of restoring the continuity of the forest next to Madrid, generating an uninterrupted greenway system in which the river runs as the backbone.”
